Milkshake Festival 2027 – Amsterdam, Netherlands
What to expect
Milkshake Festival is known as the world’s most open-minded electronic music festival and a true celebration of diversity and freedom. The festival is a collaboration between Paradiso and AIR, two of the largest clubs in Amsterdam, built on the motto nothing should be mandatory, anything is possible. It is an immersive experience where you can be whoever you want to be in the safety of an inclusive, open environment.
Expect nine individually designed areas with eight outdoor stages and one indoor area located in the densely populated Westerpark area. Each area has its own defining character, breathtaking decor and performance art. The atmosphere is a throwback to the 90s rave scene, with queer folks and allies from all over the world dressed in funky costumes, glitter and an air that lacks inhibitions.
The festival shows that entertainment, music choice, choice of clothing and status has nothing to do with sexuality. Thick, thin, small, large, gay, straight, trans, black or white, people are the salt of the earth and this is what Milkshake celebrates. Life is just a party thanks to the great diversity of skin colors, religions, sexual preferences and male and female forms.
