Early editions in 2007 were described as crossover experience in Roermond, Niederlande at de Weerd, maasplassen. The 2008 edition featured De Jeugd Van Tegenwoordig, Hardwell, Chuckie and others, establishing eclectic lineup.

By 2011, festival revealed broad lineup consisting of dance, hip-hop, from underground to pop, together with beach campsite creating ultimate holiday at beautiful banks of recreational lake Maasplassen. Over 300 artists and 800 creative minds divided among over 10 areas.

The tenth anniversary celebrated with 4-day festival at enchanting Maasplassen Park Thursday July 31 through Sunday August 3, earning best multi-day festival of Netherlands at prestigious Golden Gnome Awards. 13,000 Weekend Holiday Tickets sold out well in advance, showing popularity.

In 2014 official aftermovie highlighted ultimate holiday feeling created at Solar beach camping and party in Solar Village, with fairytale-like paths and variety of activities. 2015 tracklists included Gregor Salto, Rene Amesz and many house and techno artists.
